Product Details

The 3500/40-01-01 is a 4-channel Proximitor Monitor Module engineered for the Bently Nevada 3500 Machinery Protection System. It accepts transducer signals to deliver advanced vibration and position monitoring for critical rotating equipment. The module supports flexible channel configurations to monitor radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, eccentricity, and rolling element bearings.

Channel Configuration and Functions

Each of the four input channels can be independently configured for specific machine monitoring parameters. The module processes proximity transducer inputs across a frequency range of 0.1 Hz to 15 kHz. It supports applications such as radial vibration tracking and axial position measurement to protect rotating assets against mechanical failure.

Signal Outputs and Interfaces

The unit provides multiple output types to interface with external control and recording systems. It features buffered transducer outputs for diagnostic analysis, recorder outputs ranging from 4-20 mA, and dedicated alarm relay outputs for trip signaling and protective interlocks.
